Arturia Group reorganises its capital in a sponsorless OBO financed in mezzanine by EMZ Partners Levine Keszler advises Arturia and its founder

The Arturia Group, which specialises in the development of music software and hardware, has restructured its capital and strengthened its development with EMZ Partners.

The sponsorless OBO, financed in part by mezzanine debt provided by EMZ Partners and senior debt raised from a banking pool led by Crédit Agricole Sud Rhône Alpes, enabled the exit of some of Arturia’s historical minority shareholders and strengthened its founder Frédéric Brun’s position as Arturia’s reference shareholder.

The transaction also gave some of the Group’s managers the opportunity to subscribe to Arturia’s capital alongside Frédéric Brun and EMZ Partners.
