L‘équipe de direction de Renaud Distribution, accompagnée par Andera Acto et Arkéa Capital, prend son indépendance du groupe Interflora, Levine Keszler conseille Andera Acto et Arkéa Capital dans le cadre de cette opération.

The management team of Renaud Distribution, Andera Acto and Arkéa Capital have acquired Renaud Distribution from its long-standing shareholder, Interflora.

Based in the Nantes region, Renaud Distribution specialises in the sale of decorative materials and consumables for florists. The group has a portfolio of over 13,000 customers and has recently diversified under the leadership of its CEO, Jehan Tanguy, who joined in 2018, to target large accounts. In 2021, the group generated revenue of over €38 million and employs more than 150 people.

Part of the Interflora group since 1992, the company was sold as part of a process brokered by Natixis Partners to its management team led by Jehan Tanguy, accompanied by Andera Acto and Arkéa Capital.

This takeover, arranged by Andera Partners (through its sponsorless franchise Andera Acto) alongside Arkéa Capital, is structured through mezzanine financing and a capital contribution, enabling the management team to become the group’s largest shareholder.
