Levine Keszler advises Enersweet on its acquisition of LICIEL Environnement

Enersweet, a French group specialized in energy transition strategy for the real estate sector, has acquired LICIEL Environnement, the leading French provider of energy performance diagnostic (EPD) solutions, developing comprehensive software suites for real estate professionals.

This acquisition marks the first step in Enersweet’s ambitious acquisition strategy, aimed at becoming the “one-stop-shop” for building energy transition. To achieve this, Enersweet plans to carry out two to three acquisitions per year over the next four years and invest a minimum of 100 million euros during this period.

This transaction was partially financed by Pictet Asset Management, an international institutional asset management and investment fund management group with 244 billion euros of assets under management. Pictet Asset Management, through this transaction, makes its first private debt investment in France.
