Maincare Solutions acquires Anticyclone, the French leader in medical document production, digital dictation and speech recognition solutions for hospitals Levine Keszler advises Maincare Solutions on this acquisition
Maincare Solutions is stepping up its deployment of IT solutions dedicated to healthcare establishments by acquiring Anticyclone, a French specialist in medical document production, digital dictation and voice recognition, with over 100 establishments using the Dict’T solution. Dict’T is now the benchmark application in France for document production in hospitals, used by more than 100 establishments, 25% of GHT support sites and 22,000 users, including 15,000 doctors. Every day, more than 100,000 medical documents are produced with Dic’T.
Over the past twenty years, Maincare Solutions has become the leading publisher and integrator of digital solutions for the French healthcare sector, specialising in patient record management and hospital administrative management software.
