Levine Keszler advises Patrim One Assurances on its sponsorless MBO financed by Indigo Capital
Patrim One Assurance is organising its gradual transfer to the partners through a sponsorless MBO.
This transaction will enable the management team led by Remi Béguin and Thierry Barle to become the majority shareholders, while allowing the original partners to maintain a significant minority stake in the company.
This transaction was carried out with the support of Indigo Capital, which provided the sponsorless mezzanine financing, and Société Générale, which provided the senior financing (as lead manager). It will also enable Patrim One Assurances to benefit from the financial support of its new partners to make further acquisitions as part of its development.
Levine Keszler advised Patrim One Assurances on this transaction.
