Levine Keszler advises Rotom Nederland BV on its acquisition of Maxi Palettes

Rotom Nederland BV, a leading provider of load carrier solutions in Europe, has acquired Maxi Palettes and Agitrans through Rotom’s French subsidiary Rotom France. Maxi Palettes and Agitrans specialize in the manufacturing and transportation of wooden pallets.

Rotom supports the logistics needs of businesses with sustainable load carrier solutions across 11 countries in Europe. Rotom is able to manage the entire logistics of load carriers throughout its customers’ supply chain, from the production location up to the retrieval at the end of the chain, with a single point of contact.

With the addition of Maxi Palettes’ three locations, Rotom, backed by Waterland Private Equity since 2021, is expanding its load carrier services in the North of France and South of Belgium. Maxi Palettes also works with its own transportation company, Agitrans, enabling Maxi Palettes to provide short notice delivery and pick-up of pallets from clients or suppliers.

With this acquisition, Rotom takes another step towards becoming the European leader in sustainable load carrier solutions with a turnover exceeding 220 million euros in 2022, allowing further development of its product and service portfolio.

Levine Keszler advised Rotom Nederland and its subsidiary Rotom France on this transaction.
