Levine Keszler advises SOCOTEC Group on its acquisition of ALHYANGE

SOCOTEC continues its acquisition drive in the field of energy efficiency and sustainable construction with the purchase of ALHYANGE, thereby expanding its capabilities to support major transitions in the sector.

ALHYANGE, a specialist in acoustics and vibrations, joins the leader in testing, inspection and certification in construction, real estate and infrastructure, with 70 years of experience.

A leading player in testing, inspection and certification in building, construction and infrastructure, SOCOTEC ended 2023 with a turnover of €1.3 billion. With a presence in 26 countries and 11,500 engineers and building experts, SOCOTEC now generates 46% of its revenue in France and 54% internationally.

With the acquisition of ALHYANGE, SOCOTEC Smart Solutions – Ascaudit has gained strong expertise in acoustics and vibrations for clients in the building, industrial and environmental sectors. ALHYANGE is an acoustic and vibration engineering firm with nearly 30 years of experience, OPQIBI certification and acoustic measurement and analysis equipment and software.
