Levine Keszler advises Superga Invest on the sale of La Compagnie du SAV to Electrolux
Superga Invest, a multi-service entrepreneurial group with total sales of around €100 million, is divesting its after-sales service arm by selling its subsidiary La Compagnie du SAV to the Electrolux group.
In a fragmented after-sales service market, La Compagnie du SAV is the market leader, covering the whole of France. With more than one million interventions since 2012, La Compagnie du SAV has considerable experience in the field of technical support and repair of household appliances. Headquartered in Lisses, the company employs around 200 people and generated sales of around €25 million in 2020.
For Electrolux, this acquisition strengthens the group’s service network in France and supports its commitment to circularity and the reparability of appliances.
Compagnie du SAV will continue to operate completely independently, offering multi-brand services.
