Levine Keszler advises the founders of JoKer Bike on their seed funding round
Founded in 2019 by Jordan Suchet and Kervin Castanhola, JoKer Bike has developed a product that transforms any bike into a cargo bike.
JoKer Bike has opened its capital to the industrial company Ferriol-Matrat, located in the Loire region, and to a local business angel, who are contributing approximately €375,000. The fundraising is supplemented by non-dilutive financing from BPI France and a banking pool for a total amount of €750,000.
JoKer Bike generated €300,000 in revenue in 2022 thanks to a customer base of bicycle manufacturers (60%), who integrate the equipment directly into their industrial chain, and bicycle shops. With this fundraising, the company plans to achieve a turnover of €1 million in 2024 and is now also targeting foreign markets, particularly the more mature ones: the Netherlands, Norway and Germany. It is also working on the design of new equipment that will be installed on the rear of the frames.
JoKer Bike’s advisor: Levine Keszler (Benjamin Briand)
