Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2016, Mickaël Guillemot practices in the area of mergers and acquisitions, private equity and for public and private companies in French and cross-border transactions, and more generally in corporate law, corporate governance and securities law.

Mickaël advises French and foreign companies and their directors in connection with internal and external growth transactions and strategic partnerships, as well as within the framework of their relations with their regulatory authorities, their shareholders, their employees and their business partners.

Mickaël also handles managers and shareholders disputes and civil and commercial litigation.

Mickael joined Levine Keszler as an associate in 2018 after having worked at CVML and became of-counsel in 2022.
