animation_delay=&#8221;0&#8243; text_direction=&#8221;default&#8221;]The Onor\u00e9 Group, an international player specialising in the production of premium frozen products, announces the acquisition of So Mochi, a French specialist in frozen mochi.<\/p>\n<p>Continuing its development, the Onor\u00e9 Group, backed by Waterland Private Equity, has completed its fourth acquisition in two years \u2013 and its first in France. This transaction strengthens the group&#8217;s premium product offering as part of its international expansion strategy, particularly with flagship brands such as Boncolac, the leader in frozen pastries and snacks.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to its French ice cream expertise and respect for traditional Asian mochi rice paste production methods, So Mochi has combined industrial expertise and authenticity to become one of the top five players in this segment and the premium reference for frozen mochi in France and Europe.<\/p>\n<p>This transaction enables So Mochi to join a group with \u20ac200 million in revenue.
