With several years of experience at McDermott Will & Emery, followed by the creation of his own firm, Benjamin has dual expertise in Venture Capital and Financing.<\/p>\n

He advises French and international clients, including entrepreneurs and investors (VC funds, accelerators, business angels), on venture capital transactions involving the creation, fundraising, profit-sharing and sale of innovative companies.<\/p>\n

He also advises private debt funds and borrowers on financing (LBOs, real estate, venture debt). He has developed particular expertise in real estate financing transactions carried out by crowdfunding players.<\/p>\n

Benjamin’s arrival is part of Levine Keszler’s strategy to confirm its position as a key player in the French independent law firm market and to offer an alternative to the established firms in the market.<\/p>\n

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2016, Benjamin is a graduate of the Sciences Po Law School (2013) and holds an M2 in Financial Law from Paris 1 (2014), where he teaches a seminar every year.<\/p>\n
