Paris, 15 December 2021<\/em>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text css=”” animation_delay=”0″ text_direction=”default”]Levine Keszler advises Groupe Tr\u00e8ves on the strengthening of its equity capital, the refinancing of its senior debt and the raising of \u20ac34M in Relance Bonds<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”” animation_delay=”0″ text_direction=”default”]The Tr\u00e8ves Group is strengthening its equity capital, refinancing its senior debt and carrying out the first issue of Relance Bonds in France.<\/p>\n

The purpose of this operation is to enable the Group to finance its growth – including through international acquisitions – and to meet the challenges of an automotive industry that has been hit by the COVID and semiconductor crises and whose energy transition is accelerating.<\/p>\n

Groupe Tr\u00e8ves’ shareholders – the Tr\u00e8ves family and the Fonds Avenir Automobile managed by Bpifrance – have reinvested in the Group as part of the transaction. The Group’s current lenders (consisting of the European Investment Bank and the senior banking pool coordinated by Banque Internationale \u00e0 Luxembourg as agent and including Banque Internationale \u00e0 Luxembourg, Bank of China and the Tikehau and Zencap funds) also refinanced the senior debt. Finally, Le Groupe Tr\u00e8ves issued \u20ac34 million of Relance Bonds subscribed by the fund managed by Eurazeo IM, on the one hand, and by Tikehau and its partner, Groupement M Capital, on the other.<\/p>\n

Groupe Tr\u00e8ves is thus the first French group to benefit from the Relance Bonds, a new scheme guaranteed by the French government for French companies wishing to expand and invest without opening up their capital to outside shareholders.<\/p>\n

This refinancing operation will enable the Group to continue its international consolidation, which will be stepped up in 2021 with the acquisition of CTA in the United States and ROI in Italy. In addition, Tr\u00e8ves will be able to continue investing in the development of innovative solutions, focusing in particular on recycled and recyclable products, to support its customers in the energy transition.<\/p>\n
