The acquisition of eGreen is part of an ambitious external growth strategy for Enersweet, whose goal is to become the \u2018one-stop shop\u2019 for energy transition in buildings.<\/p>\n<p>The transaction was financed by Pictet Asset Management, an international institutional and investment fund management group with \u20ac263 billion in assets under management.
