Levine Keszler strengthens its M&A / Private Equity practice with the arrival of Nicolas de Courtivron as partner

Eight months after its creation, the business law firm Levine Keszler is expanding its M&A / Private Equity practice by welcoming Nicolas de Courtivron as a partner.

With ten years’ experience in all types of small and mid-cap transactions, Nicolas de Courtivron has particular expertise in private equity and mergers & acquisitions. He works in a wide range of industrial and financial sectors, particularly in healthcare, leisure, new technologies and B-to-B services. Nicolas advises French and international clients, including investment funds, companies, family shareholders, founders and managers, on acquisition, leveraged buy-out and venture capital transactions.

This move is part of Levine Keszler’s drive to become a key player in the mid-market and an alternative to the established firms in the marketplace.

Before joining Levine Keszler, Nicolas de Courtivron practised with Shearman & Sterling, AyacheSalama and McDermott Will & Emery.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2008, Nicolas holds an LLM from Exeter University (2006) and a DEA in private law from Université Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense (2005).

The firm advises all parties involved in M&A transactions: buyers, sellers, financial advisers and lenders, as well as investment banks and the management and corporate bodies of the companies concerned.
