Levine Keszler advises Enersweet on its acquisition of eGreen

Enersweet, a French group specialising in energy transition in buildings, has acquired eGreen, a pioneer in the energy management systems market, whose main activity is energy monitoring, which enables the analysis and improvement of a building’s energy consumption.

This is Enersweet’s fourth acquisition in two years. The acquisition of eGreen is part of an ambitious external growth strategy for Enersweet, whose goal is to become the ‘one-stop shop’ for energy transition in buildings.

The transaction was financed by Pictet Asset Management, an international institutional and investment fund management group with €263 billion in assets under management. Pictet Asset Management has confirmed its interest in private debt investment in France.

Levine Keszler advised Enersweet on the mezzanine financing of this transaction.
