Baltis is financing Tradestone’s acquisition of properties located at 3 and 5 rue du Temple in Paris through the subscription of a bond issue: Levine Keszler is advising Baltis on the implementation of this financing secured by a security trust.
Baltis, a real estate crowdfunding platform, participated in the financing of Tradestone’s acquisition of lots as part of its development and property trading activities through the subscription of a bond loan. The amount of financing is €1,400,000.
Levine Keszler advised Baltis on the financing and the security trust guaranteeing the repayment of the bond.
