Levine Keszler advises Mercialys and Bouygues Immobilier on DEPUR Expériences’ €1.7 million fundraising

DEPUR Expériences, a strategic consulting agency specialising in the design and execution of large-scale Food & Beverage & Entertainment (F&B) projects, has successfully raised €1.7 million in funding to support its rapid growth and development.

Mercialys and Bouygues Immobilier participated in this fundraising alongside the BPI’s FAST Tourism/Leisure fund. Mercialys acted as lead investor in this round of financing and will become the reference shareholder of the DEPUR group, with nearly 23% of the capital. The founding director, Dan Cebula, remains the majority shareholder following this transaction.

This fundraising will enable DEPUR to accelerate its development and strengthen its expertise in its core businesses, which revolve around the design and execution of large-scale Food & Beverage & Entertainment (F&B&E) projects. DEPUR Expériences aims to position itself as the leader in this fast-growing market, combining several food and beverage and entertainment concepts in a single location, as consumers seek a complete customer experience that goes beyond culinary expertise.

These new resources will enable DEPUR Expériences to respond to numerous upcoming calls for tenders, execute its already well-filled order book under the best conditions and establish itself as the leading vertically integrated operator in the F&B&E sector, from design to operation.
