Admitted to the New York Bar in 2019 and to the Paris Bar in 2020, Anne-Sophie Guilbaud advises French or foreign clients in connection with merger and acquisitions, complex financing and refinancing operations, refinancing and restructuration of debts (in each stage of French insolvency proceedings).

Anne-Sophie is also assisting companies in their commercial disputes.
