Supplyframe acquires Pertilience, the publisher of Buymanager software, to become the world leader in Sourcing Intelligence solutions for the electronics manufacturing sector Levine Keszler advises Pertilience’s shareholders
Supplyframe announced on 31 January 2019 that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Pertilience, the publisher of Buymanager, a product purchasing and cost control software for the electronics manufacturing sector. This acquisition will enhance Supplyframe’s leading position in the purchasing and supply chain software market and considerably increase the company’s business development potential in the European market.
Loïc Biarez, founder and CEO of Pertilience, wanted to accelerate growth and expand its offering to other markets, so he sought potential industrial partners.
Pertilience, now a wholly owned subsidiary of Supplyframe Inc, will continue to develop its Buymanager offering under the leadership of Loïc Biarez. This acquisition provides Supplyframe’s customers with an on-premise software solution that complements its cloud-based offerings.
Levine Keszler advised the founder of Pertilience and the other shareholders on this transaction.
