Benjamin Briand’s practice focuses on Venture Capital. He advises French and international entrepreneurs and investors (accelerators, business angels, VC funds) in the context of fundraising operations (Seed, Series A, Bridge…) and on the business law issues they face (incorporation, ESOP, exit, contracts). He has acquired a particular expertise within start-up and scale up tech companies (saas, impact, artificial intelligence, sports, e-commerce and mobility).
Benjamin is also involved in structured finance in the context of bonds and bank financings (real estate, LBO, venture debt). He acts for both lenders and borrowers. In particular, he advises crowdfunding funds in the context of real estate private debt transactions.
Benjamin Briand has joined Levine Keszler in 2023 after having worked at McDermott Will & Emery and having launched its own boutique.
