Nicolas de Courtivron practices in the area of private equity and mergers & acquisitions, across numerous industrial and financial sectors, especially healthcare, leisure, technology and B to B services. He advises purchasers and sellers, whether private equity funds, companies, family shareholders, entrepreneurs or managers, French or foreign, in connection with complex corporate transactions, including stock or asset acquisitions and divestures, spin-offs, leveraged buyouts.

Nicolas joined Levine Keszler in 2018 as Partner, after having worked at McDermott Will & Emery, AyacheSalama and Shearman & Sterling.
